Fill out the form. We use this information to see if our resources are available for your event. There is no financial obligation at this point.
Introductory Call. We will call you to discuss your event details and produce an event summary. We will also discuss marketing and all services needed.
Lock in the date. If both parties agree that we are a good fit, our team will send you our engagement letter and initial invoice. (We require a 50% deposit to lock in a date.)
Customization Call: Once you have secured and locked us in for your event, we will schedule a customization call between you and our executive team/committee to tailor our services to meet your group’s most extensive needs. In this step, we will also discuss how we can help you market the event, increase your attendance, and generate interest for your brand.
